This unique training takes you on an in-depth journey through your experiences, from conception to the “golden hour” after birth, with a focus on pre- and perinatal psychology. 

​

 

What to expect.

This year-long training consists of 10 modules of a full day each, once a month. The days are divided into half a day of information transfer and half a day of introspective and body-oriented exercises. Within a group support you will be guided by experienced professionals and connect with unhealed pieces so they can be healed.

 

Program:

1. Introduction Pre- and Perinatal Psychology: Understand the psychology surrounding pregnancy and birth.

2. Conception: Explore the birth of new life.

3. Incubation: The 1st physical contact between mother and child.

4. Moment of Discovery: Emotions and insights when discovering pregnancy.

5. Prenatal Development: The wondrous journey of development in the womb.

6. Birth process: The (hormonal) processes of childbirth.

7. Perinatal course: Critical moments around birth.

8. Birth: The power and magic of birth.

9. Golden Hour: Important aspects of the 1st hour after birth.

10. Completion: Reflect and intgreate your gained knowledge and experiences.
